System evaluation is the process of assessing the performance of a complete system to discover how it is likely to perform in live market conditions.

In your project work, It is discussion of the degree of success that your system meets the original objectives.

The system evaluation includes:

1) What SMART goals have you set for yourself?

Re-list the goals that you set for the development of the project. Use the introduction (for example, To implement my project before development, I set the following goals ...)

2) Table of discussion of the degree of success that your system meets the original objectives

Identify for each of your own system objectives the evidence in your documentation that will  support your evaluation of each of them.

For each objective create a list of the evidence.

Description of goal achievement Evidence
1 For each goal, evaluate the degree to which it has been achieved.
What has been done?
What difficulties have arisen in achieving this goal?
How did you overcome them?
If the goal was not achieved, then describe why it was not achieved?
What is required to achieve it in the future?
Indicate the section and page where there is evidence that the goal has been achieved
